| Friends, if you are bulk cargo machine experts, you surely know many kinds of funnel liner plates are not wear resistant! No matter for dry ore or dry coal, maintenance worker almost changes liner plate every day because it is impermissible to do not change! With exception of wearing funnel, liner plate will fall down if it is changed untimely, in case of scoring belt, the losing will be large. I have engaged in bulk cargo mechanical management for over decade, and always think that if the liner plate dose not need to be changed forever, it will be good! Though it is not so practical, it does not means the impossibility. In the two years, I use a kind of new-style liner plate, which is not only hard and wear resistant, but also has anti-falling effect, for dry ores of 9 million tons, such liner plate dose not need to be changed, please see the following chart: |

You must believe that data in aforementioned chart are true! Liner plate is made of high Mn high-quality carbon constructional steel, so its hardness achieves HRC58, structural density is very high, which can not be achieved by other liner plates. Whether you look to that form of liner plate bolt hole is very special, please see the following picture

On the right, it is common liner plate, which will fall down when it is worn to red line, so it is obviously waste to change before reaching red line, but there is not means actually. However, effect in the left is greatly dissimilar, despite the liner plate is worn off, it won't fall, thus it is called ¡°anti-falling high-hardness wearing liner plate¡±.
Maybe you still worry about that whether the price of liner plate will be too high. Please believe that using this liner plate is absolutely economic. In detail, it can save power and time!
